EXPERIENCED House Manager at MALE Sober House

We are in need of:CDCA, Case Manager, QMHP/S or _*EXPERIENCED *_Sober House Manager for a MALE House (17 beds) in Sidney, Ohio*M-F 9-5pm / 10-6pm**/*Sorry, we do NOT offer benefits/**_*Position Purpose*_:Primary responsibility of the Sober House Manager is to maintain an environment that is safe, stable, and secure for all residents._*Primary duties*_:1. Engage all residents in conversations and activities that are productive.2. Assign household chores to residents.3. Monitor resident's rooms for cleanliness.4. Provide residents with personal items (i.e. linen, hygiene products, clothing, etc.).5. Ensure that all residents are respecting and maintaining common areas (esp. kitchen, living room, bathroom).6. Ensure that residents are following house rules including curfew.7. Observe and report any unusual behaviors or potential areas of conflict between residents.8. Monitor proper use and functioning of appliances and other household equipment.9. Observe any unusual activities that may pose a safety or nuisance issue for the clients and or neighbors.9. Maintain inventory of all household supplies (i.e. cleaning supplies, cooking utensils, furniture, etc).10. Prepare bedrooms for all new residents entering, which may include possible transportation for intake purposes (i.e. clean linens, dresser drawers,bedroom cleanliness etc).11. Review Program and House Rules with all new residents.12. Facilitate House Meetings.13. Welcome and introduce new clients to all existing residents.14. Assist in monitoring housing property to protect from damage and/or theft.15. Communicate in a culturally sensitive manner as our client population is diverse.16. Perform any other duties as assigned.17. Address any behavioral concerns that violate housing rule and regulations (i.e behavioral contracts, discharges, referrals to higher LOC)18. Maintain communication with clinical staff.19. Maintain community outreach.20. Random urinalysis.21. Random medication counts.22.
