Production Screen Printer

*Job Summary*We are seeking a talented and creative Screen Printer to join the Relish team. The ideal candidate will have experience in screen printing techniques, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for producing high-quality printed materials. This role involves working on your feet printing shirts either on our manual press or our automatic press all day.*Responsibilities** Operate screen printing equipment to produce high-quality prints on various substrates.* Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate reproduction of designs, including typography and layout.* Prepare screens, inks, and materials for printing processes.* Maintain equipment and workspace to ensure a clean and efficient working environment.* Troubleshoot printing issues and make adjustments as necessary to meet quality standards.* Stay updated on industry trends and techniques in screen printing and graphic design.*Experience** Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is a plus.* Previous experience in screen printing or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.Join us as we create stunning printed products that leave a lasting impression!Job Type: Full-timePay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 30 – 40 per weekBenefits:* Dental insurance* Employee discount* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Day shift* Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):* You MUST have experience in Screen Printing outside of a classroom.
