General Manager

Ollie & Hobbes is a fun and fast paced restaurant that is looking for a General Manager for our Pacific St. Omaha location. The General Manager must be a strong leader who sets the standard and example for the rest of the staff to follow.This is a salaried position with performance bonuses and benefits. Base salary is $44,000-$50,000+ and is based on the skills and abilities of the applicant. This position has over $10,000O in performance bonuses available on top of the base salary for labor, cost of goods sold, and quality & standards.This position also has full benefits available to it. There is a Kitchen Manager that is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. However, the GM is ultimately responsible for holding the Kitchen Manager and all other employees accountable.Responsibilities of the GM are but not limited to:* Maintaining and enforcing all company standards throughout the restaurant* Staffing - Interviewing, hiring, firing, and scheduling* Training - all employees must be properly trained* Running service - making sure meal services run smoothly and we are providing the level of service and quality of food our guests expect from us.* Office responsibilities: mail, email, paperwork, filing, inventory, ordering, etc.* Making sure the restaurant is meeting and exceeding the set performance goals* Cleaning - maintaining a clean and organized restaurant.* Opening/closing - making sure the restaurant is properly opened and closed on a daily basis.Ollie & Hobbes is part of a growing company with advancement opportunities.
