Packaging Machine Operator

Will operate a variety of equipment ( may include egg breaker equipment, pasteurization equipment, liquid bag and carton fillers, automated box formers, Multivac, forklifts, and pallet jacks ) in different work areas, taking on progressively more responsible tasks with opportunity for continuous improvement and growth in team leadership.Duties:* Is responsible for equipment set-up, processes, testing, and routine operation.* May assist in receiving and loading out egg products and packaging materials* Will coordinate with the USDA inspector to ensure all quality standards are meet* Will ensure accurate traceability methods are followed* Keep the work area/assembly clean demonstrating clean-as-you-go methods* Prepares and understands a variety of paperwork associated with raw materials, traceability, packaging, quality, and controls.
