FOH staff

Front of House Team MemberDuties:- Provide excellent customer service to all guests- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently- Prepare and serve beverages, including brewing coffee and tea- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process payments- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house areaSkills:- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices- Experience in hospitality, retail, or similar customer-facing roles is preferredJoin our team as a Front of House Team Member and be part of a dynamic and energetic environment.
