Server/Bartender

Copper River Country Club is a private, member-focused club offering exceptional dining, hospitality, and recreational experiences. Our dining operations are a key part of our commitment to excellence, and we pride ourselves on delivering attentive, personalized service in a refined and welcoming environment. We are currently seeking polished and professional *Server/Bartender’s* with upscale casual and/or fine dining full-service restaurant experience to join our food & beverage team.*Position Summary:*The Server/Bartender plays a vital role in ensuring a superior dining experience for our members and their guests. This dual-role position requires a high level of service expertise, strong attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate and exceed guest expectations.*Key Responsibilities:** Provide warm, attentive, and highly professional service in dining room, bar and event settings* Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery* Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, wine, and spirits in accordance with club standards* Guide members through menu options, including daily specials and wine pairings* Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all service and bar areas* Maintain strong working knowledge of club menus, events, and member preferences* Build rapport with members while maintaining a respectful and discreet demeanor* Work collaboratively with culinary, bar, and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service*Qualifications:** Minimum 2 years of experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant or private club setting* Excellent communication, hospitality, and multitasking skills* Strong knowledge of food, wine, and classic cocktails* Bartending experience required; mixology background a plus* Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills* Professional, poised appearance and demeanor required at all times* Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events* Must be at least 21 years of age* Current California Food Handler Card* Current ABC RBS Certification* Valid California Driver License* High school diploma/GED required* Must be English proficient (written and verbal)* Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 30 pounds as necessary*What We Offer:** Competitive pay + gratuities – our average server earns between $25 and $30 per hour* Staff dining discounts* Professional, respectful, and member-focused work environment* Paid sick leave* 401k*How to Apply:*Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter highlighting your relevant experience and availability.
