Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized professional with a strong background in billing and financial management to join our team. As our *Office/Finance Manager*, you will play a key role in keeping our financial and administrative operations efficient and organized. You will oversee *billing, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial record-keeping*, ensuring accuracy and compliance while supporting the overall success of the company.*Responsibilities:** Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organized workflow* Manage *billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable/payable* using *QuickBooks** Reconcile bank accounts, track expenses, and assist in *financial reporting** Oversee the processing of payroll and maintain compliance with tax regulations* Support budgeting and *cash flow management** Maintain company records, contracts, and licensing compliance* Assist with customer service, and general administrative support* Work closely with the owner and management team to improve efficiency and support growth*Requirements:** *Proven experience* in office management, bookkeeping, or financial administration* Strong *QuickBooks* proficiency (billing, invoicing, reconciliations, reporting)* Solid understanding of *accounting principles and financial management** Ability to multitask and *problem-solve in a fast-paced environment** Excellent *communication and organizational skills** Experience in the *construction, trades, or service industry* is a plusJob Type: Full-timePay: $74,000.00 - $92,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time offSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Monday to FridayExperience:* QuickBooks: 4 years (Required)Ability to Commute:* Braintree, MA 02184 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Braintree, MA 02184: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
