Since then APC has been growing quickly and we are looking for hard working people to grow with us!If you're an energetic and enthusiastic individual with a customer-oriented philosophy who is willing to do whatever it takes to provide a great experience to the Poke seeking people of the world, then we want you!!!What we're looking for...*Responsibilities** Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations.* Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards.* Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient cash handling and transactions.* Train, develop, and mentor staff members to enhance their skills and performance.* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure guest satisfaction.*Skills** Proven Shift Lead/Management experience with a focus on quick service or fast food restaurants.* Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food handling, preparation, and production techniques.* Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team management and training & development.* Familiarity with restaurant management practices including shift management & inventory control.* Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to hospitality excellence.* Experience in supervising kitchen operations with an understanding of casual dining experiences.Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
