WG is one of the country’s largest manufacturers of temporary and permanent erosion control products.*Summary: *This position is responsible for the overall results of the Anchor production at the Evansville warehouse as it relates to production goals, inventory control, maintaining adequate raw materials, and preparing orders for shipment. In addition, the position will help with the other inventory warehouse responsibilities related to all Western products. All employees of Western Green and its subsidiaries are expected to demonstrate a commitment to our Mission, Vision, Core Values and Guiding Principles.*Required Skills:** Proven experience in production or warehouse leadership.* Strong verbal and written communication skills.* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.* Knowledge of equipment operation, safety regulations, and quality standards.* Comfortable with physical labor, including loading/unloading shipments.* Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.*Desirable Skills: ** Forklift experience a plus*Education Requirements:** High School Diploma or GED.*Essential Job Functions** Lead and support Anchor Production team members to meet operational goals.* Communicate effectively with Plant Manager to resolve issues and ensure accountability.* Meet or exceed daily production goals and schedules.* Ensure production lines run efficiently, documentation is accurate, and quality checks are consistently performed during operations.* Demonstrate proactive problem-solving in safety, quality, and delivery performance.* Perform duties necessary to maintain effective and continuous warehouse operations.* Monitor for and respond to equipment performance issues, unusual noises, leaks, or other warning signs.* Ensure sufficient raw materials are available to meet production demands.* Arrange deliveries or pickups of customer orders.* Prepare products for safe and secure transportation.* Load and unload shipments as necessary.* Maintain a clean, organized, and operational warehouse.* Conduct physical inventory counts and investigate discrepancies on a regular basis.* Complete other tasks as assigned.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Health savings account* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* Day shift* Monday to FridayWork Location: In person
