MICHELIN Guide awarded In Bloom is looking for responsible, driven, and motivated individual to join our team. Our farm driven, seasonal menu brings thoughtfully sourced ingredients to the kitchen. We are currently looking to fill the following position.1) Line CookExperience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right individual/*Responsibilities/*- Hot line experience required.-Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.- Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and presented beautifully.- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.- Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels.- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials.- Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment./*Requirements/*- Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the food industry.- Knowledge of food management practices, including portion control and waste reduction.- Familiarity with dietary department requirements and fine dining standards is preferred.- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in food presentation.- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.- A passion for cooking and commitment to delivering exceptional culinary experiences.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:* Employee discount* Flexible schedule* Paid trainingShift:* Evening shiftShift availability:* Night Shift (Required)Ability to Commute:* Paso Robles, CA 93446 (Required)Work Location: In person
