Opening Baker - Crumbl Delafield

Calling all those who love baking desserts, working with a positive team and bringing smiles to the community! We are looking for upbeat individuals to join us in baking a wide variety of Crumbl's famously delicious desserts while providing a welcoming and professional experience to each of our guests. This is a fast-paced position with high production standards. Shift typically goes from 6AM-1PM, or 7AM-2PMOur mission at Crumbl is to bring together families & friends over a box of the best cookies in the world, and we want you to be a part of it!*We are looking for a reliable morning Baker. This job will require awesome customer service skills and the ability to multi-task while producing products.**Baker Responsibilities:** Read and understand recipes* Measure and combine ingredients while using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies* Ball dough to appropriate shape and weight* Decoration and display of finished product* Test ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality standards* Greet customers, answer questions, give recommendations, accept orders and payments, and provide exceptional customer service* Take client information and ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time* Clean and restock workstation and ensure that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift* Must be 16 years or older to apply for this role* Legally eligible to work in the United States* Must have basic math and computer skills* Previous food experience is preferred, but not required.* Time management skills* Ability to lift 50 lbs* Excellent communication skills*Baker Benefits:** CLOSED SUNDAYS* Employee discount* Flexible Schedule* Fun and supportive work environment* Opportunity for advancementBusiness hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00am-10:00pm; Friday and Saturday 8:00am-12:00am.
