*Bartender/Server – Cress Creek Country Club**Overview*Cress Creek Country Club is seeking a personable and skilled *Bartender/Server* to provide top-tier service to our members in an exclusive and relaxed setting. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering a high standard of hospitality that reflects the prestige of the club.*Key Responsibilities:** Greet and seat members and guests promptly and courteously.* Present menus, take food and beverage orders, and offer recommendations when appropriate.* Deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently according to club standards.* Anticipate member needs and provide personalized service to enhance their dining experience.* Ensure tables and dining areas are properly set, clean, and maintained throughout service.* Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.* Prepare and serve a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to club standards and member preferences.* Manage time efficiently to provide seamless service during peak hours.* Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation policies, including responsible alcohol service guidelines.* Participate in setup and breakdown for special events, banquets, and private functions as needed.* Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in accordance with club dress code and service standards.*Qualifications:** Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred, ideally in a fine dining, resort, or private club setting.* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.* Knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service is an asset.* Understanding of responsible alcohol service practices.* Must obtain *Food Safe Serv* and *BASSET* certifications upon hire.* Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.* Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.*Skills & Attributes:** Warm, professional, and member-focused demeanor.* Attention to detail with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.* Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.* Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.*Why Join Us?*At Cress Creek Country Club, we pride ourselves on providing an elevated experience for our members and guests.
