Kitchen Prep Manager

Stone Canyon is looking for a Prep Manger to work at our downtown Parkville location, offering competitive pay and a great work environment. Hours: 6am-2pm*Responsibilities** Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment* Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat, etc.)* Maintain a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen* Check quality of ingredients* Monitor and order stock and communicate with management*Skills & Qualifications** Experience in food and meal preparation and cooking in a restaurant environment* Experience in using cutting tools and cookware* Dexterity skills to operate cutting tools quickly and safely* Working knowledge of food handling and sanitation practicesStone Canyon has a strong roster of tenured employees, so we guarantee to take the time and focus on training.
