This person would have the ability to wear different hats, creatively and otherwise in our fast-paced environment.*Interior Designer II (Commercial Focus, but will include Residential Projects)*_Responsibilities_Select/specify interior finishes for finish drawings, legends and schedulesSelect/specify interior furnishingsDesign & build presentation boardsPrepare and conduct in person client presentationsConduct remote presentations via various conferencing platformsSelect/specify FF&EAssist in production of architectural interiors drawing setsAssist with all construction administration servicesPerform on-site visits during constructionCommunication with consultants, product reps/vendors, installers & workrooms_Required Skills_Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture3-5 years interior design experienceProficient at REVIT, ACAD, Adobe Illustrator & Microsoft OfficeCompetent at architectural detailingWorking knowledge of building codesPossess creative talent in conceptual designing via sketching/rendering or computer sketching/renderingKnowledge of construction ways & meansKnowledge of interior materialsAbility to perform field verification and documentationWorks well with teamsStrong work ethicWillingness to jump in and assist on other projects to meet deadlinesAstute attention to detailStrong verbal, written and graphic communication skillsAbility to effectively meet deadlinesKnowledge of design trendsAbility to navigate pace of work for both short and long-term projectsAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong organizational skillsWillingness to travel occasionally_Benefits_Paid health care, 401K matching, 9 paid holidays with additional days given off between Christmas and New Year’s, 10 days PTO, paid memberships, certification reimbursementJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:* 401(k)* Health insurance* Paid time offWork Location: In person
