Learn more at and SummaryBrake Press Operator will be responsible for plans, lays out, and performing all types of sheet metal operations to fabricate wide variety of units or products of complex design involving close tolerances.Shift:1st Shift Monday through Thursday - 6:00am - 4:00pmResponsibilities:Brake Press Operator ResponsibilitesOperate and perform setup of all types of sheet metal machines to bend, cut or form partsUse a variety of sheet metal hand tools and measuring instrumentsPerform shop mathematics at an intermediate levelRead and understand blueprints at an intermediate levelEnter production information into the ERP system on a timely basisAccurately record and report hours workedAdhere to all safety policies; includes wearing personal protective equipment when requiredSupport and comply with the company Quality System, ISO, and medical device requirementsRead, understand, and follow work instructions and standard workPartner with other business segments: sales/marketing, customer service, engineering, quality, and financeEnsure business systems are implemented, maintained, and functioning properlyParticipate in required company meetingsMaintain an organized work area (5S)Participate in the Operational Excellence ProgramAbility to work in a manufacturing environmentQualifications:Minimum Requirements, Education & Experience (incl.
