We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Painter to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence.*Position Overview:*The Industrial Painter will be responsible for preparing, coating, and finishing steel components and fabricated products. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and expertise in industrial painting techniques to ensure products meet quality and durability standards.*Key Responsibilities:** Prepare steel surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and masking.* Apply primers, paints, and coatings using spray guns, brushes, or rollers, adhering to specifications and company standards.* Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring coatings are uniform and meet required specifications.* Maintain and clean painting equipment, tools, and workspaces.* Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines.* Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, including proper handling of hazardous materials.*Qualifications:** Prior experience in industrial painting, preferably in structural steel fabrication.* Familiarity with various painting techniques and equipment, including airless sprayers and HVLP guns.* Knowledge of paint types, coatings, and their applications for industrial purposes.* Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finishes.* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders.* Physical ability to perform tasks, including lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, and working in industrial environments.*Preferred Skills:** Experience with epoxy or polyurethane coatings.* Certification in industrial painting or coatings application.* Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations.Job Type: Full-timePay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
