Interstate Fire Protection is a rapidly growing fire detection and suppression industry leader in the New England area. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive *Installation Coordinator* to join our team. This full-time position is vital to the success of our fire protection projects, ensuring seamless scheduling, communication, and coordination of installation activities. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.*Key Responsibilities:** Coordinate daily schedules and dispatch of installation technicians across various job sites* Communicate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to confirm project details and timelines* Prepare and manage work orders, purchase orders, and job documentation* Track and monitor installation progress and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met* Maintain accurate records of job schedules, materials, and labor hours* Assist in resolving field issues by facilitating communication between technicians, vendors, and project managers* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures* Support inventory and material coordination related to installation projects* Contribute to process improvement initiatives related to installation efficiency and customer satisfaction*Qualifications:** Previous experience in project coordination, scheduling, or operations support—fire protection or construction industry preferred* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with project management or scheduling software is a plus* Ability to adapt quickly and manage changing priorities* High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferredJob Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Professional development assistance* Vision insuranceSchedule:* Day shiftWork Location: In person
