The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, invoicing, purchase orders, sales support and ensuring smooth communication within the team.Responsibilities:- Manage human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations- Coordinate calendar management for executives and team members- Oversee office operations and ensure efficient workflow- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and reporting- Lead and supervise office staff to ensure productivity and efficiencyRequirements:- Proven experience in office management or a similar role- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks- Strong organizational and multitasking skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment- Experience supervising a team is preferredIf you are a detail-oriented individual with excellent leadership skills and a passion for maintaining office efficiency, we encourage you to apply for the Office Manager position.
