Printing formulas, processing and deliver finished orders to shipping in a timely manner. Fill shortages once product becomes available with attention to priority product based on ship date.* Follow formula print outs using various types of equipment including, scales, filters, drum runners, air powered mixers and paint shakers* Responsible for following all production policies and procedures to ensure compliance with product and operation standards* Maintain lean manufacturing techniques* Required to be flexible and adjust work hours and/or work overtime to meet business demands.* Follows all housekeeping standards (cleaning equipment and general work area, sweeping, trash removal.) Assure all equipment/tools and raw materials are stored in proper locations. Ensure that aisles, fire extinguishers and emergency exits are not blocked.* Participate in continuous improvement projects and waste reduction* Various other duties as assigned as needed*Applicant Requirements:** Experience in automotive or industrial paint mixing preferred.* Basic knowledge of coating system components including resins, solvents and toners preferred* Basic knowledge of coating application* Punctual team player with the ability to handle fast-paced work in a fast-paced environment* Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.* Coordination and time management skills* Self-motivated, ability to learn and listed to company needs and requirements quickly and independentlyThis position includes manufacturing and/or warehousing work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, lift in excess of 50 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear.
