Printer Operator Weekend Shift

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Printer Operator to join the Weekend Shift (Friday-Sunday, 5am-5:30pm) in our Portland, ME facility. This fast-paced role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys the satisfaction of producing high-quality printed materials.* Operate Canon laser, Riso inkjet, and Canon mono printing equipment (experience preferred)* Operate Laminating machine, Standard Die Cutter, and Cutter.* Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.* Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.* Set up and operate printing machines efficiently.* Monitor printing jobs for quality and accuracy.* Perform necessary adjustments to ensure consistent output.* Clean and maintain printing equipment.* Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.* Work independently and as part of a team.* Continuously seek opportunities to improve work performance and learn new skills.*Requirements** Experience operating printing equipment (color and mono preferred)* Knowledge in Bindery, Die cutting, and Lamination.* Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail* Proficient in basic computer and technology use* Ability to manage a demanding workload in a fast-paced environment.* Understanding of basic math, fractions, and percentages* Effective communication skills (written, verbal, and visual)* Self-directed and motivated with a desire to learn and grow* Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate with others.*Physical Requirements** Able to frequently lift 10-20 lbs., with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.* Able to stand for extended periods (10-12 hours)* Able to bend, push, and pull carts.Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceAbility to Commute:* Portland, ME 04102 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Portland, ME 04102: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
