*TAX CREDIT AND* *SECTION 8 Leasing Consultant:*Nashville based Property Management and Development Company is seeking to fill a position for a Leasing Consultant at one of our apartment communities in Madison, TN.Ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience as a leasing consultant or related field. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the leasing process, resident relations, completing resident documents and compiling files.
