Working Supervisor, Food Plant Sanitation

With almost a century of facility service experience, state of the art business practices, environmentally friendly processes and supplies and an established global reputation, we are able to offer unrivaled client experience and satisfaction.__*Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:*_* Administrating, supervising, and coordinating food sanitation employees.* Ensuring the highest level of sanitation, safety, and quality for the products produced.* Monitors and evaluates plant sanitation practices, processes, and methods.* Revising and creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).* Interface with valued customer, meeting their daily requests and project planning, creating, and dispersing required reports, and participating in plant audits.* Attends meetings that have an impact on sanitation planning and effectiveness.* Making positive, proactive contributions and recommendations.* Participates in the timely resolution of sanitation practices, including follow-up and preventative actions.* Supports and implements processes and system improvements to continually provide the lowest cost, highest quality, and on-time delivery of initiatives, while maintaining optimum sanitary conditions.* Develops and recommends continuous facility and equipment improvements and cleaning procedures, while minimizing food safety and equipment risk.* Knowledge of Lock-Out/Tag-Out Policies and Procedures*Qualifications:** Previous food plant sanitation experience in a supervisory or above capacity required.* Proficiency in Excel/Word/and other Microsoft Office components.* Excellent attention to detail.* Ability to show judgment and to work independently.* High integrity required.* Fluent in English and Spanish preferred.*GDI Services Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.*Job Type: Full-timePay: $22.00 per hourSchedule:* Monday to Friday* Weekends as neededWork Location: In person
