We're currently searching for an experienced bartender who shares our passion for crafting exquisite beverages and delivering impeccable service.*Responsibilities:** Create and serve a sophisticated selection of cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.* Engage with guests to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.* Maintain a polished and inviting bar area, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times.* Uphold the highest standards of beverage quality and presentation, paying attention to detail in every drink prepared.* Collaborate with our culinary team to pair beverages with menu items and create seasonal drink specials.* Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate supplies of spirits, mixers, and garnishes.* Adhere to all legal and safety regulations regarding alcohol service and consumption.*Requirements:** Proven experience as a bartender in a upscale restaurant, or similar establishment.* Extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, as well as wine and spirits.* Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to anticipate and exceed guest expectations.* Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a polished appearance and demeanor.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.* Certification Required are Fayette County Food Handlers card and STARS (alcohol)* Must be over the age of 18Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Employee discount* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Paid time off* Referral program* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
