*Overview*We are seeking an experienced and results-driven *General Manager* to lead our limited-service hotel. This is a key leadership role focused on driving operational excellence, enhancing guest satisfaction, and ensuring financial success. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong business acumen, excellent team-building skills, and a passion for hospitality.*Key Responsibilities** Oversee all aspects of daily hotel operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and excellence in service delivery.* Develop and execute strategies to maximize occupancy, revenue, and profitability.* Ensure a consistently high standard of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest service throughout the property.* Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team, providing ongoing coaching, support, and development opportunities.* Monitor and manage hotel expenses and labor costs in line with budgetary goals.* Collaborate with department heads to ensure cohesive operations and resolve any issues that may impact guest satisfaction.* Uphold compliance with brand standards, local regulations, and company policies.* Analyze market trends and guest feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.*Qualifications** Previous management experience in the hotel industry, ideally within a limited-service or select-service environment.* Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire, develop, and retain a motivated team.* Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.* Demonstrated success in meeting operational and financial performance targets.* Proficiency in hotel systems and software, as well as Microsoft Office applications.* Ability to adapt to changing priorities, multitask effectively, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment._Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and may not encompass every responsibility or task required._Job Type: Full-timePay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Employee discount* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceShift:* Day shift* Evening shift* Morning shiftExperience:* Hotel General Management: 3 years (Required)Ability to Commute:* Lake Forest, CA 92630 (Required)Work Location: In person
