That same approach drives how we develop our staff-creating a culture of collaboration, training, and meaningful impact.*Position Summary*The *Career Pathway Coordinator (CPC)* plays a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities as they transition from subminimum wage settings, work activity programs, or school-based programs into *Competitive Integrated Employment (CIE)*.The CPC will guide participants through *Person-Centered Career Plans (PCCPs)*, connect them with educational resources and career opportunities, and engage employers to create customized employment solutions. This position combines planning, advocacy, employer outreach, and coaching in support of long-term success.*Key Responsibilities**Career Planning & Client Support** Develop personalized *Person-Centered Career Plans (PCCPs)** Connect individuals to education, training, and employment resources* Collaborate with families, schools, and support teams to integrate employment goals* Help navigate services such as transportation and financial empowerment tools* Monitor progress, reassess goals, and adjust supports as needed* Support transitions to long-term employment services*Job Development & Employer Engagement ** Identify participant strengths and match them to suitable job opportunities* Build and maintain relationships with inclusive employers* Develop customized employment opportunities aligned with individual and business needs* Offer coaching and on-the-job support for retention* Explore alternative work options, including *self-employment and micro-enterprise **Documentation & Collaboration** Maintain accurate records and documentation of services and milestones* Support team members and participate in interdisciplinary planning* Assist with accessible communication and culturally responsive practices*Qualifications**Required:** *Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of experience* in developmental disability services,OR *Associate’s degree + 5 years* (non-negotiable)* Completion of training in *Person-Centered Thinking/Planning** *ACRE Certification* (or willingness to complete post-hire training)* Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities in employment or community settings* Strong communication, organizational, and cultural competency skills* *Valid Driver’s License* and *Auto Insurance** Background in job development, career counseling, teaching, or social work* Skills in behavior management, report writing, and collaboration with diverse teams* Day shift availability*Travel & Compensation Details** This is a community-based position that requires regular travel.
