Join our expanding team at Manda Machine Company, where we are looking for a skilled CAM programmer to contribute to the growth of our CNC milling department. As an AS9100-certified facility specializing in low-volume parts and short production runs, we operate as a dynamic job shop.As an integral member of our team, your primary responsibility will be programming new parts daily using Gibbscam software, while setting up and machining parts as required.Key Responsibilities:* Develop comprehensive machining plans and programs for a variety of parts.* Analyze part drawings meticulously, ensuring the identification of critical features using GD&T and datum callouts.* Enter work instructions and set up notes into our ProShop ERP system.* Demonstrate proficient experience operating 3, 3+2, and 5 axis mills, with a solid understanding of g-code.* Conduct meticulous inspections of machined parts to ensure compliance with or exceed customer expectations.* Exhibit expertise in CNC mill machining.* Display proficiency in CNC mill programming.* Possess a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving abilities.* Perform additional assigned duties.Qualifications:* Prior experience and proficiency in CAM programming for CNC mills, prefferrably using Gibbscam software.* Strong knowledge and understanding of AS9100 standards for the aerospace industry.* Proficiency in operating 3, 3+2, and 5 axis mills, with a solid grasp of g-code.* Familiarity with Solidworks and CAMplete software preffered.* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.* Attention to detail and precision in inspecting machined parts.* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in using CAD/CAM software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.* Effective written and verbal communication skills.* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.* Strong organizational and time management abilities.This is a first-shift opportunity, Monday through Friday, from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with occasional half-days on Saturdays as required.
