Shift Mgr/Lead Server

We are a 24 hour restaurant looking for Shift Manager/Lead Servers that can be flexible in their schedule and be able to work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced environment and MUST HAVE SERVING EXPERIENCE. As a Shift Manager you will serve tables but will be in charge of the shift. We are looking for 2nd (2pm-10pm) and/or 3rd (10pm-6am) you will be paid $8/hr and keep all of your tips which will easily average over $20/hr. You will get a bigger section than all servers, make the floor chart and assign side work to servers. Shift managers get preferred sections even when you are just a server on that shift and also get preferred scheduling. Lead server/key holder experience is preferred but not required as we will train. There is also room for further management advancement if have the leadership skills we are looking for.
