As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technician Supervisor to join our team in new locations.Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technician Supervisor with a strong background in plumbing services, knowledge of the California Plumbing Code, and excellent leadership skills.Key Responsibilities:* Work with various plumbing systems, including sewer lines, water pipes, and pipelines.* Consulting clients on maintenance of plumbing systems, selection of equipment, operation, etc. Maintain positive relationships with clients to secure repeat business.* Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure work requirements are met.* Oversee and manage a team of plumbers and support staff.* Provide ongoing training to ensure the team is up-to-date with the latest plumbing techniques, technologies, and safety protocols.* Estimates and Proposals: Provide accurate estimates for plumbing projects.
