Their responsibilities are centered around customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profit growth, management development, and staff development. We have a sincere drive toward the goal of helping make fire and water damage “Like it never even happened®!”*Manage and complete jobs according to SERVPRO processes per work order. Respond to service calls, set up and establish efficient job flow, coordinate requirements for the job, complete job documentation, instruct and supervise production work, and monitor jobs from start to finish. Follow and enforce all safety procedures on the job site. Communicate and establish relationships with commercial, insurance, and residential customers. Responsibilities:* Explain processes and answer customer questions, as needed* Monitor, communicate, and respond to customer needs/ concerts to ensure customer needs are met* Communicate clear expectations to Production Teams and supervise their activities* Review mitigation estimates including water, fire, and mold, using Xactimate or T&M pricing* Complete ability to use mobile devices to capture appropriate readings and measurements* Resolve problems quickly as they arise* Manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details* Manage and control costs of production projects* Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly* Perform sales and marketing activities, including add-on sales and security checksPosition Requirements* Effective written and oral communication with intermediate math and computer skills* Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred* High school diploma/GED* IICRC certifications preferred, Xactimate® experience a PLUS!* Valid driver's license required* Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance* Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)* Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time* Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects* Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals* Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary* Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawJob Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceCompensation Package:* Quarterly bonusSchedule:* 8 hour shift* On call* Weekends as neededAbility to Commute:* Lees Summit, MO 64086 (Required)Work Location: In person
