If so, we would like to meet with you!Our company is seeking a Small Press and Bindery Operator who can produce 1- and 2-color work on our small offset printing presses and assist with finishing in our bindery area. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, capable of completing multiple projects simultaneously, and has good communication and organizational skills. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and the successful applicant should have a strong work ethic with a commitment to customer success.Responsibilities include:* Organize and stage materials for the manufacturing process* Operate an offset printing press and some bindery equipment, as needed.* Load paper and ink into the offset press for the jobs being printed.* Set up correct paper sizes and weights.* Remove finished products from the machine and stack them appropriately to prevent damage to the products.* Be able to communicate and work well with other employees!Compensation will be based on skill set and experience.
