*Job Summary*We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Servers to join our team in a casual fine dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, and ensuring a remarkable and memorable dining experience for our guests. As a Server, you will take orders, serve food and beverages, and assist with various tasks to support dining room and bar service needs. Minimum of 2 years of fine dining experience is preferred.*Duties** Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.* Take food and drink orders accurately.* Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.* Assist with dining room preparation, polish glassware and flatware, ensure table details, fold linen napkins* Upsell menu items and fresh features to enhance guest experience and increase sales.* Bus tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness in the dining area.* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests from guests.* Manage cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and handling tips.* Maintain an organized work area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and readily available.*Skills** Strong knowledge of food handling practices to ensure guest safety.* Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables during busy shifts.* Experience with cloud based POS system (will be trained)* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, supporting both front-of-house and kitchen staff as needed.* Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant setting is a plus.* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.* Wine and beverage knowledge and basic food knowledge are a plusJoin us in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests while enjoying a vibrant and unique work atmosphere!Job Type: Part-timePay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hourExpected hours: 16 – 30 per weekBenefits:* Employee discount* Flexible scheduleExperience:* fine dining restaurant: 2 years (Preferred)Shift availability:* Day Shift (Preferred)* Night Shift (Preferred)Ability to Commute:* Glen Rock, PA 17327 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Glen Rock, PA 17327: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)Work Location: In person
