Production Supervisor

Full time, permanent, Direct Hire opportunity to join the team at this Minnesota-based, well-known company. This second shift position will run Monday through Fridays, typically from 1:00pm to 10:30pm, or as business needs dictate.The Production Supervisor is responsible for the coordination and supervision of the production and warehouse department and its employees. This will include utilizing all methods, new and old, geared toward continuous improvement with primary focus on Safety, Quality and Cost Efficiencies.Along with past experience leading a food production team of at least 20-50 employees, candidates must have demonstrated effective communication, good decision making and excellent people skills.
