Key Property Services is seeking a motivated and experienced Community Manager to manage a brand-new 84-unit LIHTC apartment community in Corvallis, OR. We are seeking team members who have excellent communication skills and share our passion for helping people.Location: Corvallis, OR.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Commensurate with experience and skillsResponsible for the overall operations and organization of the property including supervision of all property personnel, administrative duties, adhering to all Federal, State and local laws, maintaining positive relationships with the residents of the property, and ensuring that all company policies and procedures are followed.*Education and/or Experience:** 2 years previous experience as Community Manager* Any equivalent combination of education and experience.* HUD, LIHTC, and Affordable Housing: (Highly Preferred)* Current real estate license is beneficial.* Familiar with federal, state, and jurisdictional laws and regulations concerning multi-family housing, fair housing, and employee safety.*Benefits package: *KPS offers an incredible benefits package to our employees.401(k) Retirement plan with employer match, Medical, Dental, EAP, life and AD&D, 15 paid holidays, 16 annual days of PTO (prorated by hire date).
