* Broma is hiring a full time PM line cook. We are looking for one team player with weekend availability. This includes saturdays and sundays every week.In this role, the ideal candidate will be part of a hospitality team committed to creating a thoughtful, fun, and engaging guest experience. At Broma, we emphasize a warm and professional demeanor while committing to team development through informative and engaging product and technical training.Requirements vary by position but most include:* A minimum of three years of service at a reputable organization* Ability to show up everyday with a warm and professional demeanor* Knowledge of restaurant operations and cooking techniques* Skill set to work both hot and cold line or ability to learn quickly.* Posess their own knives.* Can communicate clearly and directly in English* Reliable transportation* Entry time is 3pm and we finish between 1045-1130* Wants to be part of a team and wants to grow with usThe position has growth potential and the ability to explore a number of career opportunities within our burgeoning restaurant group.
