We're looking for a passionate, dedicated, and hospitality-focused *Restaurant Manager* to join our team! As a key leader, you'll work closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to ensure the restaurant operates efficiently and delivers an exceptional experience for both our guests and staff. We value individuals who can be themselves and bring their unique personality to the team, contributing to a culture of open communication and mutual respect.*Your Responsibilities*As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and leadership of the front-of-house team. Your duties will include:* *Operational Management:* Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to company standards for service, quality, safety, and sanitation.* *Team Leadership:* Lead, train, and manage front-of-house staff. This includes conducting interviews, making hiring recommendations, and performing performance reviews. You'll be responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly staff scheduling.* *Guest Experience:* Ensure all guests receive outstanding service and that the atmosphere is welcoming and hospitable. Address and resolve guest feedback promptly and professionally.* *Financial Oversight:* Manage front-of-house labor and beverage costs, and ensure all financial and payroll administrative duties are completed accurately and on time.* *Maintenance & Appearance:* Maintain a professional restaurant image, including cleanliness, proper staff uniforms, and overall appearance. Assist with necessary repair and maintenance projects as directed by the General Manager.* *Policy & Procedure:* Uphold and enforce all company policies and procedures, as well as applicable federal, state, and local laws.*Qualifications & Requirements*To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of *three years of experience* in a similar restaurant management position.
