Senior Resident Consultant

JSM is a growing real estate, leasing, development, and investment firm hiring a full-time Senior Resident Consultant to support our Resident Services department. We are looking for a candidate who is service-oriented, team-minded, and passionate about creating a positive living experience for residents.What you'll doThe Resident Consultant will assist with the completion of daily Residential and leasing operations. The essential functions of this position are listed below:Provide courteous and professional service to residents and visitors, including greeting them in office, answering phone calls and emails, and booking tour appointments.Schedule and conduct tours of units with residents wishing to transfer for the following lease term and complete the necessary follow-up proceduresHandle Renewals and Renewal Transfer Requests promptly and effectivelyManage Subleases as delegated by the Resident Services supervisor with speed and efficiencyBrainstorm, plan, and execute Resident Events, ensuring deadlines are met on time in collaboration with the RSMRoutinely tour the properties to assess cleaning or maintenance needsSupport the Leasing Team with seasonal events, such as assisting with parking leases, key creation, and auditsAssist with the mentoring of Residential part-time staff by leading their on-the-job training, delegating projects, and answering questions.What you'll bringAssociate’s degree or equivalent experience2 years of relevant sales and customer service experienceValid driver's license; driving is a requirementOur Resident Consultants must be dependable and client-focused.
