Landscape Installation Foreman

*Position Overview*At Oaza Landscape The Landscape Installation Foreman is responsible for ensuring that all landscape installation projects meet the highest industry standards. This role requires expertise in plant identification, shrub and flower planting, tree installation, mulching, sod preparation and installation, drainage installation and other important tasks that enhance and improve the look of the properties. The Foreman will lead crews in delivering quality workmanship, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to client specifications.*Essential Duties & Responsibilities** Oversee and direct daily landscape installation activities to ensure quality and efficiency.* Identify and properly install trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plant materials according to design specifications.* Prepare and install sod, ensuring proper soil preparation and grading.* Apply mulch and other ground coverings to enhance aesthetics and plant health.* Operate and maintain landscape equipment in a safe and effective manner.* Read and interpret landscape plans, blueprints, and work orders.* Train, supervise, and motivate crew members to maintain productivity and quality standards.* Monitor job sites for compliance with safety protocols and company procedures.* Communicate with project managers, designers, and clients to ensure project goals are met.* Maintain accurate records of materials used, labor hours, and job progress.*Qualifications & Skills** Minimum 3–5 years of verifiable experience in landscape installation, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.* Strong knowledge of plant identification, horticultural practices, and landscape construction techniques.* Proficiency in operating landscape machinery and hand tools.* Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and specifications.* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.* Physical ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.* Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required.Job Type: Full-timePay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hourBenefits:* Paid time offExperience:* Landscaping installation: 3 years (Required)License/Certification:* Driver's License (Required)Work Location: Multiple locations
