Printing Associate

*Overview*We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various projects, particularly in the areas of graphic design and production. This position requires a blend of creativity and technical skills, making it an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about design and manufacturing processes.*Duties** Collaborate with team members to develop innovative graphic designs for print advertising and promotional materials.* Operate and maintain machinery, including CNC machines and printing presses, ensuring high-quality output.* Assist in screen printing processes while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.* Utilize Adobe Creative Suite as well as Adobe Illustrator to create visually appealing designs, layouts, and typography for various projects.* Fabricate components as needed, ensuring precision and attention to detail throughout the production process.* Manage inventory of materials and supplies necessary for graphic design and production tasks.* Operate forklifts safely to transport materials within the facility as required.*Experience** Proven experience or coursework in graphic design, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Illustrator.* Familiarity with machining processes, including CNC operation and press work is preferred.* Experience in print advertising or screen printing is a plus.* Strong understanding of typography and its application in design projects.* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.* Forklift certification is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.We encourage individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the field to apply for this exciting opportunity.Job Type: Part-timePay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hourExpected hours: 20 – 25 per weekSchedule:* 4 hour shift* Evening shift* Morning shiftExperience:* Adobe Illustrator: 3 years (Required)Shift availability:* Day Shift (Preferred)* Night Shift (Preferred)* Overnight Shift (Preferred)Ability to Commute:* Homestead, FL 33032 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Homestead, FL 33032: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
