Manages campus operationsRepresents the overall integrity of the company to the public, staff, and studentsServes as a liaison between students, parents, staff members, clients, community representatives, etc.Ensures training of program(s) curriculum and skills are in compliance with schools and accrediting regulationsManages satisfactory student participationManage the physical conditions of assigned campus(es)Ensures the appropriate balance of campus staff through talent acquisition, retention, and performance managementResponsible for organizing and attending meetings with all levels of company employees and campus student populationAssigns and manages workload of staff; keeps accurate employee records including performance reviews, employee timesheets, employee leave, corrective actions, and moreEnsures the safeguarding of all campus assets including physical property, data, monetary funds, and more 9. Closely coordinates with senior administration to establish deadlines, evaluate and develop plans and procedures, and maintain campus operationsDevelops working knowledge of (Financial Aid, Students Services, Admissions, accreditation standards) in order to provide supervision and support as neededRead reports, gather and analyze data and compile information for written reportsAdminister budget responsibilities and work closely with Campus Director to provide assistance in financial areasOther duties as assigned*Additional Duties *Develop and implement school-wide training and professional development opportunities for staff membersTrain team members on departmental procedures and record maintenanceIdentifies individual and team skill gaps and works with senior administration to foster strategic plans for team developmentMaintain a working knowledge of school and industry guidelines including State Barber Board Regulations, Accreditation/DOE Guidelines, Employee Handbook, School Catalog, and more in order to guarantee compliance and inform staff members as neededWork closely with education staff to provide students with incentive programs including academic, attendance, and service recognitions*SKILLS & EXPERIENCE **Qualifications: *▪ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Education Administration, or a related field▪ barber/cosmetology license and instructor license are a plus▪ 3-5 years’ experience in school, program, or organizational management▪ 2-4 years’ experience direct supervisory experience▪ Proven leadership and ability to develop resolutions to problems and challenges*KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: *1. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills2. Dynamic approach to driving growth and problem solving3. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills4. Strong computer software skills (Microsoft Office, the Internet, Gmail, Google Apps)5. Ability to listen to team members, students, and ATS/ACB & ABS-LR staff to understand and respond positively to their requests6. Ability to adapt to changing assignments and multiple priorities7. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and busy environment8.
