Third Shift Press Operator

*Primary Job Description*Candidate will be responsible for operating injection, and at times, conventional presses, to mold elastomeric (rubber) goods while reporting to the 3rd shift supervisor.*Responsibilities** Operate multiple injection presses to mold elastomeric (rubber) goods* Operate multiple conventional presses as needed* Trim, inspect and box parts after molding* Accurately record output on daily production worksheets* Monitor quality using visual inspection and via software data entry* Perform daily cleanup of press and other production areas*Suggested Background** Experience and comfort with industrial machinery, computers and data entry* Ability to lift heavy loads*Compensation & Benefits** $16.84 per hour plus a _target_ bonus of $1.00-$2.00 per hour, brining _target_ pay to $17.84-$18.84 per hour, or $18.35 on average.* 10 paid holidays per year* Health and vision insurance* Participation in the Company’s non-matching 401(k) plan after 1 year of employment* 1 week vacation in first year of employment; 2 weeks vacation with 2 years employment; 3 weeks vacation with 7 years employment; 4 week vacation with 15 years of employmentJob Type: Full-timePay: $17.84 - $18.84 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Professional development assistance* Referral program* Relocation assistance* Vision insurancePeople with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: In person
