Here at the Rezervoir Lounge we are a casual dining bar and restaurant that offers a mixture of dishes including a few creole options. In our kitchen, we strive to provide our guests with an amazing experience with our dishes and give them a chance to experience our touch of creole flavors we have to offer!We are looking for motivated individuals:- Who have a passion for cooking and creating food!- Who can work either a set or a flexible schedule!- Who can work part-time or full-time!- Who can observe, learn, and help others in the kitchen!- Who can be on their feet for long periods of time!- Who can efficiently process food orders and make any necessary adjustments if requested!- Who can pay attention to detail and work as a team with other kitchen staff!Here at the Rezervoir kitchen, we all work as one team and don't believe in assigning stations. Everyone in the kitchen is trained in all stations including prep and dish washing. We like to have the most flexibility with our staff and will accommodate most requests.Quarterly bonuses are given to kitchen staff at the end of each quarter and ranges based on hours worked as well as work performance. The kitchen manager will do quarterly reviews to evaluate bonuses, raises are usually given after 90 days of employment and can be requested for review after 6 months and 1 year of employment. Any individual without a ServSafe Certification has the opportunity to automatically get a $1 raise if they get certified.
