Machine Operator 1st, 2nd,3rd Shift Crystal Lake

Job description*Position Title: *_Machine Operator_*Container International is a plastic injection manufacturer located in Crystal Lake, IL**POSITION SUMMARY: *Employee will select acceptable parts retrieved from machine, stack them and finish them on skids while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Will be performing near injection molding machines and conveyor belts. Must be able to retrieve parts from machine. Must follow safety procedures. Place parts on cooling racks and stack all finished parts on skids.*SCHEDULE:* Monday – Friday (Occasional overtime offered on Weekends)* 1st 7:00 AM- 3:00 PM, 2nd 3:00 PM-11:00 PM, 3rd Shift 11:00 pm – 7:00am*ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:** Assemble parts; Inspect parts; Place products on cooling racks; Trim excess plastic on parts* Operator needs to keep up with the cycle time, as well as label and create boxes* Operator must be able to run all machines (automated and non-automated)* Performs other duties as assigned or as the job requires*JOB QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS:** Must be able to lift-up to 20lbs* Candidates must be detailed oriented and able to keep up in a fast-paced setting* Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus* Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred*EDUCATION: *_H.S. graduate or GED equivalent – Preferred._*EXPERIENCE: *ON THE JOB TRAINING*EQUIPMENT TO BE USED*: Must be able to operate assembly machinery and conveyors.
