*Overview*We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Property Manager to oversee the operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the property’s appearance, managing tenant relations, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations. Your expertise in property management and real estate administration will be essential in fostering a welcoming community environment.*Duties** Oversee daily operations of the community, ensuring high standards of property management.* Manage tenant relations by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and enhancing customer satisfaction.* Utilize OneSite software for efficient management of resident accounts, leasing processes, and maintenance requests.* Conduct regular property inspections to maintain compliance with safety and aesthetic standards.* Negotiate lease agreements and renewals while adhering to Fair Housing regulations.* Implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain current tenants.* Maintain accurate records related to leasing, maintenance requests, and tenant communications.* Provide exceptional customer service through effective phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.* Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure timely resolution of repair requests and upkeep of common areas.*Requirements** Proven experience in property management or real estate administration is preferred.* Proficiency in using OneSite or similar property management software is a plus.* Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle lease agreements effectively.* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for professional interactions with residents and vendors.* Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and commitment to compliance.* Exceptional customer relationship management skills with a focus on providing outstanding service.* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in an office environment.* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.Join our team as an Assistant Property Manager where you can make a positive impact on our residents' lives while contributing to the success of our community!Job Type: Full-timePay: From $45,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
