In this role, you’ll be responsible for fabricating soft goods and components used in our campers. This includes sewing of heavy-duty materials like canvas, vinyl, and webbing, following SOP's, as well as maintaining a clean, safe work environment. We use a CNC plotter/cutter to cut all of our soft goods and work on Juki machines.Key Responsibilities:Operate industrial sewing machines with precision, efficiency, and careRead and follow work orders, patterns, and technical instructionsCollaborate with the assembly and design teams to meet production goalsMaintain equipment and workspace to ensure safety and efficiencyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent attention to detail and craftsmanshipQualifications:2+ years of industrial or professional sewing experienceFamiliarity with heavy-duty fabrics and construction methodsPositive attitude and willingness to learn new techniquesThis is a full time positionMonday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PMJob Type: Full-timePay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekExperience:* Industrial sewing machine: 1 year (Required)Shift availability:* Day Shift (Required)Ability to Commute:* Ventura, CA 93003 (Preferred)Ability to Relocate:* Ventura, CA 93003: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)Work Location: In person
