Ownership and management are dedicated to your success and provide limitless opportunities.We are seeking a back-of-house team member with experience in expediting, sauteing, grilling, or prep to join our team, apply today!*RESPONSIBILITIES:** Cook and prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized Seared recipes* Set up a workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment* Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items* Safely utilize a variety of utensils including knifes* Operate equipment such as ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, etc.* Arrange, garnish, and portion food according to established Seared guidelines* Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils* Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc. Adhere to Seared policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation* Perform other duties as assigned by upper management*REQUIREMENTS:** At least 2 years of similar experience* Reliable and dedicated* Team player* A passion for promoting a positive culture* Professional image & demeanor* Holds peers accountable to expected resultsJob Type: Part-timePay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hourExpected hours: 20 – 40 per weekSchedule: TBDJob Type: Part-timePay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hourExpected hours: 24 per weekBenefits:* Employee discount* Flexible schedule* Health insuranceShift:* 8 hour shiftExperience:* Grilling: 1 year (Preferred)* Sauteing: 1 year (Preferred)Ability to Commute:* Greenville, NC 27858 (Required)Work Location: In person
