*General Manager Job Summary*Are you an experienced *Restaurant General Manager or Assistant Manager looking for a new opportunity*? *Finbomb Sushi Burrito Poke Ramen *is a fast growing concept looking for great people to add to our *family* of restaurants under the *Afishanado Restaurant Group*This position is to start out as a single unit General Manager with the potential to grow into a Multi-Unit Manager/Operator position.*Qualifications and Skills*Ideal Candidates would possess the following qualifications:* *2+ years of previous Restaurant Management experience required** *A Friendly, Positive attitude** *Deliver the “Best Guest Experience” to our guests** Serv-Safe Certified* Possess a Louisiana Alcoholic Beverage Bar Card* Ability to manage a P&L to attain the company’s financial goals and objectives* Ability to achieve financial goals and execute daily operations at a high level.* Strong “People Management” and communication skills used to manage and motivate a diverse employee group on a daily basis with a team effort orientation* Ability to ensure highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation throughout the entire restaurant* Basic knowledge of how to use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook* Ability to train, develop, and lead a team to achieve our and their future goals* Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized restaurant.* Must be flexible in work schedule and hours based on operational needsJob Type: Full-timePay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Health insurance* Paid time offShift:* 10 hour shift* 12 hour shift* 8 hour shiftEducation:* High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:* Restaurant Experience: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:* Driver's License (Preferred)Work Location: In person
