*Job Summary*We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated bayhost to join our team in providing exceptional playing experiences for our guests. As a bayhost, you will play a crucial role in ensuring player satisfaction by delivering high-quality service, taking orders, and managing the teeline area efficiently. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere while adhering to food safety standards and maintaining a clean environment. _*We require availability on our most popular days of the week: Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, & Sunday.*_*Job Responsibilities** Greet and welcome guests to the bays, providing information about Topgolf offerings.* Take and deliver food and beverage orders to guests in a timely and accurate manner.* Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bay areas, including clearing tables and picking up golf balls.* Assist guests with bay setup and provide instructions on how to use Topgolf technology.* Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns with a high level of professionalism.* Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and memorable guest experience.* Demonstrate Topgolf's Core Values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit, and Caring.* Comply with safety and health regulations at all times.*Critical Skills & Experience Requirements** Previous customer service experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred.* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.* Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: From $2.13 per hourExpected hours: No more than 40 per weekBenefits:* Dental insurance* Employee discount* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Paid training* Vision insuranceShift:* 10 hour shift* 8 hour shift* Day shift* Morning shift* Night shiftExperience:* Serving: 1 year (Required)* Restaurant experience: 1 year (Required)Ability to Relocate:* The Colony, TX 75056: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
