Machine Operator

*Job Summary*We are a small, locally owned paper converting company in Streetsboro, Ohio, seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our tight-knit team. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in running machinery to convert paper products, ensuring high-quality output and smooth operation of our production line with a focus on safety, quality and efficiency. This position offers a steady, 8-hour shift, with limited overtime.*Key Responsibilities ** Operate Machinery: Set up, adjust, and operate machines used for paper converting processes.* Quality Control: Monitor the quality of output to ensure all products meet company standards and adjust machine settings as necessary.* Maintenance: Perform basic routine maintenance, such as cleaning and lubricating machines, to prevent malfunctions.* Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve minor issues with machinery to reduce downtime and ensure continuous production.* Safety Compliance: Follow safety guidelines strictly to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and other team members.* Documentation: Accurately complete order documentation and provide status updates, including details on product quantities.* Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.*Experience** Prior experience as a machine operator, ideally in a manufacturing or production environment.
