Provide exceptional customer service to all current and prospective residents, guests, visitors, and vendors.2. Answers incoming phone calls and directs callers to appropriate people or department.3. Provide the first point of contact for all residents and visitors of the property.4. Maintain a positive image of the facilities with the residents and the community at large.5.
