This role is responsible for cleaning and preparing vacant apartments for the next resident as well as common area cleanings and light grounds keeping. This position is responsible for multiple properties throughout Allegheny County, specifically areas of Bellevue, Avalon, Emsworth, Westview, Sewickley, Whitehall, Crafton and Squirrel Hill. Candidates must be committed to a high level of service to residents and our company, in that they are timely, hardworking, and responsibly care for the environments they are responsible for.*Benefits** Health Insurance* Vision Insurance* Dental Insurance* PTO* IRA with match* Cleaning supplies provided*Responsibilities** Prepare each vacant unit for incoming residents with attention to detail* Clean common areas on a regular schedule* Perform a deep clean monthly or quarterly as well as seasonal cleaning* Care for areas surrounding buildings and in parking lots, remove trash and present welcoming areas for residents and potential tenants* Aware of core values of Freid El and use them to guide interactions with co-workers, residents, and vendors* Communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers, vendors, and residents*Qualifications** Experience in residential cleaning* Knowledge of cleaning products and best uses* Customer service experience* Attention to detail* Efficient and timely working style* Reliable transportation, we will reimburse for miles driven during work hours.Applicants are asked to complete the Predictive Index by following the link.
